Lesson 56 · Place a piece in its spot

Mecano basics · 5 min · See the playlist on YouTube ↗

✓ You already watched this lesson

A piece is born where the mecano leaves it, almost never where you want it. Moving in three dimensions isn't dragging toward where you look: first you pick the axis—x and z go along the floor, y is the height—and then you drag with two fingers.

🎯 The challenge of this lesson

Place two servos on the same board and put one at each end, facing each other; then raise one with the y-axis and leave it one centimeter above the other.
